When selling your home, professional Home Staging gives your home an advantage over those that have been left "as is" or even worse, left vacant with a mere carpet cleaning or perhaps a coat of paint. Most buyers want to buy the property that "feels" like home to them. I can't tell you how often I've heard a potential buyer say, "I get a good feeling from this house."  Home Staging helps create that "good feeling" even if the buyer isn't quite sure why.

Sometimes all it takes is the proverbial "woman's touch" to "warm up" a house with basically good structural qualities.  Did you ever hear someone say  "this room has good bones" or "there's a lot of potential here" when considering a home purchase?  Well, my approach helps would-be buyers get past that step and imagine themselves living in the property.  Instead of wondering what it "might look like" AND how much it "might cost to fix up" -- I show them a ready-to-move-in home that's worth every dollar of the asking price.
